- Confectioners Sugar
- Vanilla Extract
HOW TO MAKE OUR HOMEMADE WHIPPED CREAM
First, you will need to place a bowl in the refrigerator or freezer for about 15-30 minutes to chill it down. After cooling, bring the chilled bowl along with a bottle of cold Heavy Whipping Cream to the counter. Pour the Heavy Whipping Cream into the chilled bowl and whisk using a power mixer. After it fluffs up, pause the mixer, add the Confectioners Sugar and the Vanilla Extract. Return to whisking until it is fully raised and fluffy. The key is when you pull the whisk out it will leave beautiful “stiff peaks” in the homemade cream!
