Cherry Pie was a huge favorite for us! Nothing compares to a homemade pie by mom or granny. Once you have prepared our recipe, you’ll understand why we never buy store-bought pies!

INGREDIENTS FOR OUR HOMEMADE CHERRY PIE RECIPE
- Pie Crusts
- Pie Filling
- Egg
- Sanding Sugar
HOW TO MAKE OUR LATTICE PIE
- Grease a 10" skillet.
- Place 1 pie crust in prepared skillet and crimp top.
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Place pie filling in pie crust in the skillet.
- Take the remaining pie crust and cut into strips.
- Remove every other strip and use them to basket weave the strips.
- Transfer to the top of the pie.
- Beat egg in a small dish.
- Brush lattice top with egg wash.
- Sprinkle lattice with sanding sugar.
- Bake for 40 minutes, until crust is browned.
