INGREDIENTS FOR TURKEY MELT
- Texas Toast
- American Cheese Slices
- Turkey Breast
- Roma Tomato
- Provolone Cheese
- Mozzarella Cheese
INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOME CRAFTED TURKEY MELT RECIPE
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the skillet over medium heat.
Add a slice of Texas toast in the skillet.
Place cheese on the toast.
Top with turkey slices.
Put on the tomato slices.
Add the bacon slices broken in half.
Next, top with the cheese.
Top with cheese, and then the other slice of toast on top.
When the bottom is browned, remove from skillet.
Place the other tablespoon of butter in the skillet and allow it to melt.
Invert sandwich and place in skillet to toast the other side.

- 2 slice Texas Toast
- 2 slice American Cheese
- 6 oz Turkey Breast sliced
- 1 Roma Tomato. sliced
- 2 slice Bacon crispy
- 1 slice Provolone Cheese
- 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- Melt 1 tablespoon butter in skillet over medium heat.
- Place slice of texas toast in skillet.
- Place American cheese on toast.
- Top with turkey.
- Top with sliced tomatoes.
- Top with bacon slices broken in half.
- Top with provolone and then mozzarella.
- Place other slice of toast on top.
- When bottom is browned, remove from skillet.
- Place other tablespoon of butter in skillet and allow to melt.
- Invert sandwich and place in skillet to toast other side.
