SKILLET SWEET POTATOES
Growing up in Corbin, Kentucky we had a large crop of sweet potatoes. Mom and granny created clever ways to introduce these into the menu. All us kids just loved their natural sweetness, but we appreciated that every single recipe added brown sugar! Once you have made this dish, the old standard casserole will never do again!
This recipe was created for its simplicity. It's much easier than our Skillet Sliced Sweet Potato Casserole. This is a unique recipe that will surprise your visitors.
It is a charming and delectable side dish, perfect for serving during the holidays. Your friends and family will love this Sweet Potatoes casserole served in a cast iron skillet. This is another simple scrumptious side dish!
