The Best Baked Potatoes
When we were kids growing up in the country, our garden produced tons of potatoes. We honestly had potatoes every single day. Sometimes they were included in all three meals! Baked potatoes were one of our absolute favorites. Mom and Granny’s were amazing, there was something special about them. We didn’t realize for years what that special secret really was. Since discovering that secret, we use it 100% of the time and the kids even noticed the difference. Even when we make extra potatoes, planning on using them for home-fries for the next morning, there are never any left! These really are the BEST baked spuds! The flavor created with this recipe is spectacular, the potato is so soft and tender inside with a crispy jacket.
