All that’s required for this scrumptious, simple, and inexpensive easy pizza crust is flour, yeast, sugar, salt, olive oil, and warm water. You will see using our homemade dough recipe, the crust is ready in just around 30 minutes. We use this dough for several other recipes we prepare. The crust will be perfect for any pizza you decide to make. You’ll find yourself using this recipe several times a month. Serve it with our Chicken Wings!
INGREDIENTS FOR OUR HOMEMADE PIZZA CRUST
- Fast Rise Yeast
- Olive Oil
- warm Water
DIRECTIONS FOR OUR HOMEMADE PIZZA CRUST
Put flour in a large bowl and make a depression in the center.
Now, add yeast, salt, and sugar into depression.
Next, add 2 tablespoons of the water into the depression and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
Add remaining water and oil.
Stir until combined.
Turn out onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.
Wipe down sides of bowl and oil lightly to avoid sticking.
Return dough to bowl, cover and place in a warm place for 30 minutes,
Punch down, knead and divide into 2 dough balls.
If the dough balls are not using now, place in a zippered bag and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
Stretch to fit into a 12” circle and follow pizza directions.
