Homemade Pulled Pork begins with a Pork Butt that is trimmed and rubbed with our Pork Rub. The rub used in this recipe is a basic combination of sweet and light heat.
The pork rub is the key to elevating flavor in our pork. This is always a huge hit with family and friends…the ideal dish served with multiple barbecue sauces for sandwiches or sliders to a large group!
BEST PORK FOR SANDWICHES
Growing up in Corbin, KY, we were always thrilled when mom or granny cooked up a big pork butt and made it into a massive pile of pulled pork. At every BBQ joint, this is probably their top seller. The flavor that our Homemade Pork Rub produces allows for the option of enjoying pulled pork with or without sauces.
Pulled Pork sandwiches with a variety of sauce options is always a huge meal hit. Our homemade pork cooked in our rub is a taste sensation that’s flavor is fully lifted to perfection. Your family will request this recipe be put into the dinner rotation.
Your diners will be pleasantly surprised at its tenderness and full-flavored taste!
