Ingredients
3cupFlour
1packet Fast Rise Yeast
1tbspSugar
2tspSalt
1tbspOlive Oil
1cupwarm Waterdivided
Instructions
Put flour in large bowl make a depression in center.
Add yeast, salt and sugar into depression.
Add 2 tbsp of the water to the depression and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
Add remaining water and oil.
Stir until combined.
Turn out onto floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.
Wipe down sides of bowl and oil lightly to avoid sticking.
Return dough to bowl, cover and place in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Punch down, knead and divide into 2 dough balls.
If not using right now place in zippered bag and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
Stretch to 12" circle and follow pizza directions.
