Ingredients

  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 lb Carrots
  • cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ tsp Pumpkin Spice

Instructions

  • Peel and cut carrots into equal sized small "sticks"
  • Melt a stick of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook for about 10 minutes until carrots are tender.
  • Add brown sugar and pumpkin spice and stir to combine.
  • Cook until brown sugar is melted.
