1tspWhite Vinegar
1tspVanilla Extract

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease and flour a 10" skillet.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda and salt.
Transfer to skillet.
Make 3 depressions in the mixture and add the vanilla, vinegar and vegetable oil.
Add the water and whisk all ingredients until combined.
Bake for 40 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool completely.
Dust top with powdered sugar.
