7ozLeaf Lettuce
4Green Onions
Salt and Pepper to taste
Lemon Juiceoptional
Instructions
Wash and dry lettuce. Set aside.
Cut bacon into bite size pieces.
Cook in skillet over medium high heat until crispy.
Remove bacon from skillet and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium.
Slice green onions.
Rough chop lettuce.
Add onions and lettuce to skillet
Stir until mixture is wilted and tender.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add a squirt of lemon juice if desired.
