Ingredients

  • 4 Idaho Potato
  • 2 tbsp Bacon Grease
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Wash and pierce each potato multiple times on each side.
  • Rub potato down liberally with bacon grease.
  • Salt and pepper all sides.
  • Place potatoes in skillet and bake until top presses in when pressed (about 90 minutes).
  • Split top with a knife and gently press in ends and sides to blossom.
