As kids growing up in Corbin, Kentucky we simply walked out to the apple trees and picked whatever mom or granny needed for whatever they were making. Today, when we head to Cracker Barrel, it’s always their amazing Fried Apples that rope us in. You know, that gooey sweet gravy mix with their soft apples.
