Ingredients
1lbAmerican Cheesedivided
8ozCheddar Cheesedivided
8ozPepper Jack Cheesedivided
14ozEvaporated Milk
8ozHeavy Cream
½tspOnion Powder
½tspGarlic Powder
½tspPaprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
2Eggs
1lbElbow Macaronicooked and drained
Instructions
Cook macaroni according to box directions, drain and set aside.
Grease a large skillet and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350.
Shred all cheeses and set aside.
In a large bowl, add evaporated milk and cream.
Add spices (including salt and pepper)and whisk to combine.
Whisk together, taste and add additional seasoning if needed.
Add eggs and beat to combine.
Reserve ¼ of all the cheeses for topping and add the rest to the liquid.
Stir to combine.
Add macaroni and toss to coat.
Transfer to prepared skillet and top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 45-55 minutes until top is bubbly and browned.
